Rebecca Palsha is a former military kid.
Yes, she’s eaten many meals at the mess hall and was raised to think M.R.E’s were a treat.
She’s eaten Spam musubi in Hawaii, boiled peanuts in Georgia, steaks in Kansas and fried chicken with a side of collards in North Carolina.
She’s lives in Alaska with her husband Kyle, a Southeast boy, and her little toddler Alice, who seems to eat everything– except olives.

    You HAVE to try Zorbas gyros! They are the best in town. They are on Blueberry between Northern Lights and Fireweed. Wonderful people and wonderful food!
